Small hotels depend heavily on aggregators. A direct booking experience needs to be as easy as the platforms guests already know.
Solution
A booking web app with room listings, a live availability calendar and a simple checkout flow, backed by an admin panel for staff.
UX & design
Search-first layout: dates and guests up front, rooms as clear cards with price per night and key details.
Outcome
A concept showing how an independent hotel can take more bookings directly.
